Overview
Aashiva Analytics Private Limited uses a small set of vendors to run the Quallix platform. A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf while we process it on behalf of a customer.
We keep this list short on purpose. Every vendor here is bound by a written agreement with confidentiality, security and data protection terms, and is reviewed before onboarding and periodically after.
Current sub-processors
The table below reflects the vendors in use for standard deployments. Enterprise deployments with regional hosting or bring-your-own-model arrangements may use a narrower set, recorded in the customer's agreement.

How we select and review vendors
Before a vendor processes any customer data we assess what it needs access to, where it processes, its security posture and certifications, its breach notification commitments, and its subcontracting practices. We prefer vendors that can pin processing to a region we already serve.
We re-review vendors periodically and when their scope changes. Access is scoped to the minimum data required and is removed when the integration ends.
Changes to this list
We update this page when a sub-processor is added, removed or materially changes scope. Customers on an active agreement can subscribe to advance notice by writing to privacy@analyticsm.com, and may raise a reasonable objection to a new sub-processor under the terms of their data processing agreement.
